Attorney Belostock is a graduate of Boston University Law School, where she served as Administrative Editor of the Public Interest Law Journal and Secretary of the Women's Law Association.  She also won best speaker in round while participating in the school's Stone Moot Court. Prior to joining Urbelis Law, Attorney Belostock handled her own caseload as a student-prosecutor at Quincy District Court, worked on domestic violence cases at the Women's Bar Foundation, and was a judicial intern in the Superior Court of New Jersey criminal law division.

Attorney Belostock primarily handles the firm's clerk magistrate hearings, motion practice, RMV hearings, and criminal record sealing petitions, along with trial preparation and trial advocacy. She appears frequently in courts across the Commonwealth in opposition to 209A (restraining orders) and 258E (harassment prevention orders) taken out against our clients. She also has extensive practice as it relates to the immigration consequences of criminal convictions, and very often files motions for new trial where a convicted defendant's prior attorney did not effectively take the client's immigration consequences into consideration when tendering a Guilty plea. She also provides insight on various issues of criminal law on the firm's legal blog.

Attorney Belostock is also a member of the Norfolk County Bar Advocates, where she is certified to accept appointments in the district courts of Massachusetts.
